To consider any Mayor's Communications. Minutes: The Mayor advised that her dance-a-thon had raised close to £2000 for her charities and thanked everyone who had supported the event.
She advised that she was in the process of planning a fashion show at HMS Sultan in January and would provide further details when confirmed.

Abandoned Shopping Trolley Policy

Minutes: Consideration was given to a recommendation by the Community Board at its meeting held on 11September 2019.
COUNCIL RESOLVED:
The Council adopts Schedule 4 (Abandoned Shopping and Luggage Trolleys) Environmental Protection Act 1990 (“Schedule 4”) for its area and the Abandoned Shopping Trolley Policy with effect from a date no later than 3 months following such a resolution in full Council.
The Monitoring Officer to have the authority to take the steps required by the legislation to adopt Schedule 4 and implement the Policy.
AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT PROCEDURE RULES – PART 4 SCHEDULE 13
Consideration was given to a recommendation by the Policy and Organisation Board at its meeting held on 25September 2019.
RESOLVED THAT:
The proposed amendments to the Contract Procedures Rules are approved and adopted as an amendment to Part 4 Schedule 13 of the Constitution.

Additional documents: Minutes: Consideration was given to a report of the Borough Treasurer detailing the amended fees and charges for implementation from January 2020. It was recommended that the Council agree to approve the fees and charges referred to in the report and appendix for implementation from 1 January 2020, unless otherwise stated.
An amendment was put to the Council, proposed by the Councillor Johnston.
To remove the proposed new charge of £105 for insurance related CCTV footage.
Voting was taken on the amendment and was subsequently LOST
