The Council website claims that £46,000 has been set-aside to pay for spraying weeds around the Borough.  Where has the £46,000 come from and why is this Conservative Council having to meet the cost of weed-spraying due to the failure of the Conservative County Council to do the job properly?" In addition HCC are still progressing with their weed spraying programme in Gosport are HCC aware of this additional work and are we ensuring there is no unnecessary duplication?
