To advise the Sub Board of the Annual Review Letter 2023 received from the Local Government Ombudsman

To report to the Sub Board on the performance of the administration of Freedom of Information (FOI) Requests

This report sets out the need for the Council to review its Code of Conduct for Members and Arrangements for Dealing with Allegations of Breaches of the Code of Conduct.
